Surround yourself with people that are smarter, wittier, and more learned than you, you'll find yourself assimilated to their level. I was watching this APT telethon thing and as for a "show" they had some motivational speaker. This guy was brilliant. He said that he is super successful, and you know why ? He doesn't make any decisions himself !!! He surrounds himself with brilliant people and these people, though they don't know it, are his "board of directors". He lets these people make decisions for him. I guess we all do that to some extent, but this guy lives this theory. He said to an audience member, "I'm going to say something to you that will hurt your feelings.... Have you gone through a divorce, lost money, found yourself unhappy with life ? Sir, your absolute BEST thinking got you in those situations !!!" Naturally, an individual will think that his or her thinking/logic is the best and not even consider they themselves flawed in some way. This guy was saying that, YES, your thinking/logic is flawed and surrounding yourself with learned people is the solution.

This whole idea really isn't an epiphany it's just that I try to do that as much as possible and I really related to what this guy was talking about.
